Life is all about change and discovering who you are. As we go through life, we continue to grow and learn. Over the past few months, I have discovered that what I am genuinely passionate about is health and fitness. The purpose of this post is to introduce this new theme to my site. Health and fitness is simply amazing. It is a commitment to take care of yourself each and every single day. What exactly is health? I personally believe that health goes well beyond the body. Health encompasses many aspects. Physical health is most commonly associated with health. However, there are many kinds of health including financial health, relationship health, work health, mental health, and so much more. There are so many more aspects to being healthy than just taking care of your body. A person is truly healthy when a proper life balance is found. As I mentioned above, a lot goes into being healthy and those components are often over looked.
Fitness is being physically fit and healthy. What is finesse? Finesse is doing something in a subtle and delicate way. Finesse is fine tuning being healthy and fit in order to live a happier life.
